Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- Open to all residents of mainland Great Britain aged 18 or over except employees of the promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
- To enter, complete your details and answer the questions on www.winterspirit.co.uk and submit your responses by clicking on the "Submit" link by 11.59pm on 15th February 2009. Only one entry per person.
- The winner will be drawn at random by 28th February 2009 and notified by email by 13th March 2009. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within 14 days of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
- One winner of a £2,500 of cash in the form of a cheque and 25 winners of £50 each of Tesco vouchers will be drawn at random by 28th February 2009 and notified by email by 13th March 2009.
- Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize. The prize will be delivered to the address submitted on your entry.
- The winners’ names can be found by sending a SAE to "Christmas Collection Prize Draw", Diageo GB, Lakeside Drive, Park Royal NW10 7HQ after 28th February 2009. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the results and the promoter’s decision is final.
- Winners may be required to take part in publicity.
- The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend this promotion if they, in their absolute discretion, consider it necessary; provided that the promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
- The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
- The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
- Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
- This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
